Exchange Circle Explained — Share skills, as equals
Offer what you can. Find what you need. Direct, regional, as equals.
The Werte•Kreis exchange circle is a space where members share skills, knowledge, time and resources directly with each other. You describe what you can offer (consulting, craft, teaching, help, products) and what you're looking for.
Whoever sees something fitting reaches out. You agree directly on how to exchange — hour for hour, object for service, or whatever feels fair. No platform fee, no points system, no middleman.
Real regional neighborly help emerges: the gardener trades harvest for website help. The yoga teacher gives classes for bike repair. The therapist gives sessions for woodwork.
The exchange circle works without trust in algorithms, but with trust in real people. Because it builds on what has always worked between humans: mutual aid, on equal terms, in the spirit of giving.
